The Moroccan quartet comprising Abderrazak Hamdallah, Abdelhamid Sabiri, Karim El Berkaoui, and Mohamed Fouzair showcased remarkable performances.

Abderrazak Hamdallah led Al-Ittihad to challenge Al-Ahli for the third spot in the Saudi league after their victory against Al-Fayha with a scoreline of 3-1.

Despite a missed penalty by Karim Benzema in the 20th minute, Al-Fayha managed to take the lead five minutes later through Moroccan player Abdelhamid Sabiri.

However, Al-Ittihad quickly equalized with a goal from Moroccan international Abderrazak Hamdallah, followed by Ahmed Al-Ghamdi’s strike just before halftime.

Marwan El-Sahafi sealed the victory for Al-Ittihad in the dying moments of the first half.

With this win, Al-Ittihad climbed to 46 points, trailing Al-Ahli by just two points, as Al-Ahli settled for a 2-2 draw against Al-Ettifaq in the final minutes of the match.

Meanwhile, Al-Fayha’s points remained at 32, securing them the eighth position in the league table.

On the other hand, Al-Raed secured a 3-1 victory against Al-Akhdoud. Moroccan player Karim El Berkaoui opened the scoring for Al-Raed in the 15th minute, followed by Al-Akhdoud’s equalizer through Andre Poko’s penalty kick in the 20th minute.

However, Moroccan international Mohamed Fouzair regained the lead for Al-Raed in the 31st minute, and Julio Tavares extended the lead in the 56th minute.

Al-Raed’s win propelled them to 27 points, securing the thirteenth position, while Al-Akhdoud remained at 24 points, settling for the fourteenth spot in the league standings.
