The Saudi Arabian football league witnessed a remarkable performance from Moroccan players, with the international midfielder Abderrazak Hamdallah leading the charge in goalscoring for Al-Ittihad Jeddah.

Abdelhamid Sabiri, a midfielder for Al-Fayha, was honored for his exceptional goal against Abha last Sunday, deemed the best of Matchday 21 in the Saudi Pro League.

Sabiri’s sublime penalty-kick goal during added time in the first half earned him recognition from the official Saudi Pro League social media accounts.

This marked Sabiri’s second goal for Al-Fayha in the Saudi league after a prolonged goal drought, highlighting his resurgence on the field.

Meanwhile, Murad Batna, playing for Al-Fateh, emerged as one of the top assist providers in the league, with eight assists to his name, putting him level with Algerian Riyad Mahrez of Al-Ahli and Alan of Al-Ahli as the second-highest assist-maker.

Portuguese star Bruno Fernandes of Al-Nassr leads the list with nine assists.

Additionally, Abderrazak Hamdallah’s stellar performance led Al-Ittihad Jeddah to a comeback victory against Al-Wahda (2-1) on Monday, in Matchday 21 of the Saudi Professional League.

The match, held at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, saw Hamdallah increase his goal tally in the league to 15.
