Wydad Casablanca have set sights on securing the services of enterprising g Morocco attacker Reda Selim in the ongoing transfer window.
The Moroccan giants are keen bolstering their squad for the 2025/26 campaign in an attempt to compete for laurels following an unimpressive output last term.
In a massive squad overhaul, Wydad Casablanca have released 21 players following the club’s disappointing performance at the FIFA Club World Cup.
Wydad Casablanca finished last in their group at the Club World Cup with no points, after losing all three matches against Manchester City, Juventus, and Al Ain.
However, on the recommendation of coach Amine Benhachem, the club has set sights on signing the 25-year-old forward as the club aim to build a formidable squad for the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.
Reda Selim previously played for AS FAR in Morocco before departing to join the Egyptian powerhouse in 2023.
The 25-year-old attacker has made just two appearances for the Morocco national team since his debut back in 2021.
