Moroccan league star Walid Cheddira scored his third goal of the current season for Frosinone as they settled for a 1-1 draw against Lecce on Sunday, in the 27th round of fixtures.
Frosinone took the lead with Cheddira’s goal in the second minute of stoppage time in the first half.
However, the visitors equalized with a penalty scored by Nicolas Cristofari in the 61st minute.
Lecce remains in the thirteenth position with 25 points, while Frosinone sits in the sixteenth position with 24 points.
It is worth noting that Moroccan international Walid Cheddira had transferred to Napoli during the last summer transfer window and was loaned to Frosinone until the end of the season.
