In a somber announcement on Monday, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) conveyed the news of the passing of former attacking midfielder Abderrahim El Ouakili, a pivotal figure in the Lions of the Atlas during the 1996-1998 period.
Abderrahim El Ouakili, who graced the field ten times while donning the Moroccan jersey, breathed his last on December 18, 2023, at the age of 53, as disclosed by the FRMF.
