Spain-born defender of Moroccan descent, Adam Aznou, is reportedly eyeing his departure from Bayern Munich this summer.
The 19-year-old spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan at Real Valladolid, but returned early to join Bayern Munich’s squad for the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States.
With Alphonso Davies and Hiroki Ito sidelined by injury, Aznou was expected to get a chance to prove himself on the big stage.
The defender even turned down a call-up to the Moroccan national team to focus on the Club World Cup.
However, he only managed to play eight minutes across Bayern’s three matches against Auckland City, leaving him frustrated with his role in the squad.
According to Sky Sports journalist Kerry Hau, Aznou is now seriously considering a return to Spain.
Talks regarding his future are ongoing, with interest already building in the Spanish market.
Checks have revealed that the defender fancies a move to Spain and will prioritise any La Liga club that expresses interest in his services this summer.
