Montpellier, the 2011-2012 French champion, is anticipating the departure of some key players during the upcoming summer transfer window. To strengthen their squad, the club is reportedly considering Tour defender Wilfried Moimbé, who plays as a left-back. Moimbé is seen as a potential replacement for Henri Bedimo, the Cameroonian left-back, who is rumored to be in talks with Olympique de Marseille. Moimbé, 24, is set to become a free agent at the end of the season. In addition to Moimbé, Montpellier is reportedly interested in Comorian striker Djamel Bakar from AS Nancy-Lorraine and Senegalese midfielder Rémi Gomis from Valenciennes.
