During the opening of the sixth edition of the international league organized by the Mohammed VI Football Academy, Osama Fallouh, the late player, was honored.

The league runs from February 20th to the 24th.

Hicham El Mahi, President of the Mohammed VI Football Academy, announced the decision to name one of the academy’s pitches after Osama Fallouh.

Fallouh tragically passed away last November in a car accident in Casablanca.

He was recognized for his contributions to the academy, where he progressed through the age groups before pursuing a professional career in France and later returning to Wydad Athletic Club.

The Mohammed VI Football Academy is hosting the sixth edition of the international league for under-19s in Salé from February 20th to 23rd.

The event features teams representing some of the most prominent football schools globally.

This year’s league will see participation from 12 teams representing 11 countries across four continents.

Participating teams include Mohammed VI Football Academy and Fath Sports (Morocco), Liverpool FC (England), Flamengo (Brazil), Sevilla FC (Spain), AFC Ajax (Netherlands), Sporting Braga (Portugal), Galatasaray (Turkey), RC Strasbourg (France), FC Copenhagen (Denmark), Aspire Academy (Qatar), and Generation Foot (Senegal).
