Egyptian international Mohamed Salah has reached a new milestone following his goal against Crystal Palace on final Premier League day.
The Eagles took an early lead in the ninth minute, but Liverpool equalized through Salah in the 84th minute, ending the match in a 1-1 draw.
Salah has, however, made 47 goal contributions in the Premier League this season (29 goals and 18 assists).
With this, Salah equals the historic record held by Andy Cole (1993-1994) and Alan Shearer (1994-1995) as the players with the most goal contributions in a single season in the history of the Premier League
Additionally, Salah equaled the record of France legend Thierry Henry, the former Arsenal star, as the player who won the Premier League’s top scorer award the most times in history (4 times).
Salah has previously won the Premier League top scorer award on three previous occasions, in the seasons (2017/18 – 2018/19 – 2021/22).
