The Egyptian forward revealed that this ritual has become a key part of his preparation, giving him a sense of comfort and confidence ahead of crucial encounters.
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the English League Cup final against Newcastle United, Salah shared insights into his matchday traditions.
“The last person I text before any final? My mother,” he admitted, highlighting the deep bond they share.
When asked about his favorite fan chant, Salah expressed his love for hearing the famous “Mo Salah” song but also enjoys “One Kiss” by Dua Lipa.
On the topic of coffee, Salah trusts Kostas Tsimikas to prepare it for him, saying, “He loves coffee as well, so I let him do that.”
