Mohamed Khouidssi makes Atlas Mechouar switch after leaving Oly. Marrakech
Morocco midfielder Mohamed Khouidssi has joined Atlas Mechouar from Oly. Marrakech on a free transfer.
The 28-year-old completed the move on 28 August 2026, beginning the 2026-27 season with Atlas Mechouar. Khouidssi, who was born in Marrakech, plays in midfield and remains with a club named among his current affiliations as Atlas Mechouar Marrakech.
His move brings an end to a spell with Oly. Marrakech, whom he joined in January 2024. That transfer was also completed without a fee, after he left Wydad Serghini during the 2023-24 season.
Khouidssi spent only a short period at Wydad Serghini, having arrived there from CIS Marrakech in September 2023. He had previously represented Ben Guerir before joining CIS Marrakech in July 2019, also on a free transfer.
The switch to Atlas Mechouar continues a career largely based in Moroccan football, with the midfielder having moved between clubs without a transfer fee at each recorded stage of his senior career. His latest change of club is the first listed move of the 2026-27 season.
Khouidssi’s recorded competition entry for the current period is in the Coupe du Trone Marocaine. The competition is the only tournament associated with his current club record, while no goals, assists or appearances have been recorded alongside it.
He now joins Atlas Mechouar as a Moroccan midfielder after two and a half years with Oly. Marrakech. The move was completed on the opening date recorded for his new spell, with no contract expiry date attached to the agreement.
Khouidssi has therefore switched from Oly. Marrakech to Atlas Mechouar as a free agent, completing the transfer on 28 August 2026.
