Mohamed-Ali Cho set for Hull City move after €15m agreement with Nice
Hull City have reached an agreement with French club Nice to sign winger Mohamed-Ali Cho in a deal worth €15m, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The transfer package includes add-ons that could be triggered if Hull secure Premier League survival, with the 22-year-old now set to travel to England for his medical.
Cho’s arrival would represent a major investment by Hull as they look to build on an impressive start to their Premier League campaign.
Cho set for medical
The French winger has been given permission to travel to England to complete his medical ahead of the proposed move.
Cho joined Nice from Real Sociedad for €10m during the 2024 winter transfer window and has since become an important player for the Ligue 1 club.
Last season, he made 37 appearances for Nice, contributing five goals and five assists.
Hull make strong start
Hull have opened their campaign in impressive fashion, beating Manchester United 2-0 at home.
The result has provided an early boost to the club’s hopes of competing in the Premier League, with Cho now potentially set to strengthen their attacking options.
The deal could eventually rise above the initial €15m fee through performance-related additions linked to Hull’s ability to remain in the top flight.
Nice set to lose regular starter
Cho’s departure would bring an end to his spell with Nice after he established himself as a regular starter for Les Aiglons.
His combination of pace, attacking ability and experience in French football could provide Hull with another option in the final third as they seek to maintain their strong start.
For Nice, the transfer would also represent a profit on the player they signed from Real Sociedad for €10m.
