Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has welcomed Bukayo Saka from injury, stressing that it is a massive boost for his team.
Saka, who picked up an injury in December 2024 has not featured for the Gunners in the last three months.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday ahead of Arsenal’s English Premier League game against Fulham, Mikel Arteta revealed that Bukayo Saka is happy to be back.
“It’s more the energy that he transmits, that he’s missed the thing that he loves the most in his life, which is to be around the team, to play, to train, and to compete at the highest level.
“The fact that he’s able to come in the most important part of the season obviously is a massive boost for him and for the team as well,” Mikel Arteta said.
Arsenal’s encounter against Fulham is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, at Emirates Stadium. The match will kick off at 6:45.
Although Bukayo Saka is fully fit, there is no guarantee that he will start the match.
The England forward of Nigerian descent is eager to get back on the pitch and will be delighted to have the chance to play against Fulham.
