After a three-week trial, Lancina Konaté has successfully secured a spot with Metz in Ligue 2, France. The Nigerien midfielder, who can also play in defense, impressed the club’s staff during the trial period, leading to the signing of a one-season contract with an optional additional year. Lancina Karim Konaté, a 26-year-old Nigerien international, previously played with the Cameroonian team Coton Sport de Garoua.
