Liverpool have reportedly made a €22 million offer to AC Milan for striker Mario Balotelli, according to Italian media outlet Sport Mediaset. The Reds are keen to bolster their attacking options this summer and see the Italian international as a prime target.
Balotelli, 24, who is of Ghanaian descent, previously played for Manchester City before joining AC Milan. Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool’s manager, is said to be a big admirer of the forward and views him as a key addition to the squad.
