Meknassi Club appoints Abdellatif Grindo as new head coach
Meknassi Club has officially announced the appointment of Abdellatif Grindo as its new head coach, succeeding Tunisian manager Abdelhay Bensultan.
After carefully reviewing several candidates, the Meknassi management narrowed their options to two Moroccan coaches before finalizing their decision to bring Grindo on board.
The agreement was formalized on Monday, with the coach signing a contract to lead the team for the remainder of the current football season.
The appointment marks a fresh start for Grindo, who earlier this season stepped down as head coach of Moghreb Tétouan, citing unsatisfactory working conditions.
Known for his strategic acumen and focus on discipline, Grindo’s arrival is seen as a move to rejuvenate the squad and steer the club toward success.
Club officials expressed confidence in Grindo’s ability to bring stability and competitiveness to the team. “This is a crucial step for the future of our club.
We believe in Coach Grindo’s vision and experience to guide us through the challenges ahead,” a source within the club commented.
Grindo’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Meknassi Club as they strive to improve their standing in the league and meet the expectations of their passionate fanbase.
The move signals the club’s ambition to turn their season around with fresh leadership at the helm.
The coach is expected to commence his duties immediately, with training sessions focused on preparing the team for the next phase of the competition.
Grindo has yet to make a public statement, but his track record suggests a determined approach to achieving results on and off the pitch.
