Premier League side, Manchester United are reportedly considering offering €40m plus Rasmus Hojlund for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.
The Red Devils are among a number of clubs interested in signing the Nigerian striker from Napoli.
Osimhen is currently on loan at Galatasaray, but he will return to Napoli at the end of the season and be available for a €75m release clause.
However, according to Calciomercato.com, Ruben Amorim’s side is currently unwilling to match Osimhen’s transfer fee, but they are preparing an offer worth €40m plus ex-Atalanta star Hojlund.
Osimhen has played 19 Seper Lig matches this term, scoring 14 goals and providing four assists.
The Napoli-owned striker has also made seven appearances in the UEFA Europa League, netting six goals and providing one assist. Overall, he has contributed 20 goals and five assists in 26 matches across all competitions this season.
Repubblica reported in January that United were already interested in signing Osimhen in the January transfer window, but the striker refused to leave Galatasaray midway through the season.
