Premier League giants Manchester United have added their name to the lists of suitors for Senegal and Chelsea attacker Nicolas Jackson.
The Red Devils, who are keen on augmenting their squad for the 2025/26 football campaign are keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old forward’s situation at the club.
Manchester United are considering Jackson as a backup option should the transfer of Brentford and Cameroon forward Bryan Mbemo fall through.
The Senegal international joined Chelsea in 2023 from Spanish side Villarreal for an impressive €37 million. Since joining the Blues, Jackson has played 81 matches, scoring 30 goals and providing 12 assists.
Last season, Nicolas made 37 appearances but found the net just 13 times, raising questions about his future with the club.
Jackson’s current contract with Chelsea runs until 2033, and his market value is set at €50 million.
The forward is facing an uncertain future at the club following the arrival of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro this summer.
