Manchester United have joined the race for the signature of France forward of Cameroonian descent, Hugo Ekitike.
The talented youngster currently plays for German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.
He permanently signed for the club for a fee of around 16 million euros last summer after initially playing for the side on loan from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).
This season, Hugo Ekitiké has been unstoppable for Eintracht Frankfurt, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists after making 25 appearances in the German Bundesliga.
Courtesy of his impressive performances, he is now a transfer target of several European clubs.
Latest information gathered indicates that Manchester United are monitoring Hugo Ekitiké and will make a move to sign the forward in the summer transfer window.
Already, English Premier League clubs Arsenal and Newcastle United have also been linked with a possible move for Hugo Ekitiké at the end of the 2024/25 football season.
The in-demand forward could cost interest clubs as high as 80 million euros, especially with his current form.
