Manchester United are close to agreeing a deal with Brentford to secure the signing of Cameroonian forward Bryan Mbeumo.
The English Premier League giants are determined to secure the services of Mbeumo this summer to augment their squad for the 2025/26 football season and beyond.
Early this month, Manchester United made a first offer to sign the forward from Brentford, but it was rejected after it fell short of the club’s valuation.
A few days ago, the Red Devils presented a revised offer, which was an improvement over the initial one.
After discussions in the last 24 hours, sources are reporting that Manchester United are close to agreeing a deal with Brentford.
It is understood that both parties could finalise a deal in the coming days that will see Bryan Mbeumo making his dream switch to Manchester United.
Already, the Cameroonian striker is said to have informed Brentford of his desire to sign for Manchester United.
Checks have revealed that it is only a matter of time before the move is completed.
