Manchester City weigh major move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye

Manchester City are considering a move for Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, with the Premier League champions working on a possible deal for the Senegal international.

City are understood to be attracted by Ndiaye’s qualities and could make an approach for the 25-year-old. However, Everton are not expected to let one of their key players leave without demanding a substantial fee.

According to Ben Jacobs, Everton have set their asking price at about £80m, which is approximately €93m. That figure could still be negotiated if the two clubs agree on a deal that suits both sides.

One possibility is that Jack Grealish could move in the opposite direction. The England winger is already keen on joining Everton, and his interest could help facilitate either a player exchange or a wider agreement involving both Grealish and Ndiaye.

Grealish has been heavily sought after this summer, while Ndiaye has also attracted interest from elsewhere. Al Hilal are among the clubs to have approached the forward, according to an exclusive report by Africafoot.

Ndiaye remains under contract at Everton until 30 June 2029. His current market value is estimated at €55m by Transfermarkt, meaning Manchester City would probably have to make a significant financial commitment to persuade Everton to part with him.

The Senegal international earns an annual salary of €2,795,582 in England, equivalent to 1,817,128,300 FCFA.

Manchester City are also preparing for their second Premier League match of the season, against Crystal Palace. The match is scheduled to take place shortly, with betting company 1xBet listing City at 1.60 to win. A draw is priced at 4.00, while Crystal Palace are available at 5.00.

Any agreement for Ndiaye would therefore represent a major investment for Manchester City, particularly given Everton’s long-term contract with the player and their reported £80m valuation. The possibility of Grealish moving to Goodison Park could become an important part of the negotiations if the clubs decide to explore a deal involving both players.
