Mamelodi Sundowns tactician Miguel Cardoso has won the South African Premier League coach of the Month award for May following an outstanding performance.
The Brazilian were impressive in May under Cardoso, securing five victories and drawing just one match across the period.
His outstanding performance did not go unnoticed, earning the prestigious coach of the month award.
Sundowns endured an amazing campaign in the recently concluded season, amazing 73 points from 28 matches to secure the Premier League title.
Having clinched the league title, Cardoso will be hoping to secure the CAF Champions League for Sundowns for the first time since 2016.
Sundowns faces a daunting task on Sunday in the CAF Champions League final and playing out a 1-1 draw with Pyramids in the first leg tie held at Pretoria.
Pyramids will play host to Sundowns in the second leg of the final, as both teams battle for the ultimate title.
