Mali attacker Ibrahim Sissoko has shared his delight after sealing his move to German club VfL Bochum.
Speaking in his first interview, the striker said he cannot wait to get started at the German club.
“I’m very happy to be here in Bochum and can’t wait to be on the pitch with my teammates. I’ve heard a lot about the atmosphere in the stadiums in Germany and I’m looking forward to experiencing it firsthand soon,” Ibrahim Sissoko said.
VfL Bochum announced the signing of Ibrahim Sissoko on Monday, June 30. The club has secured the services of the attacker on a free transfer.
Speaking on the arrival of the attacker, VfL Bochum Managing Director Dirk Dufner said the club is confident the striker’s quality will help the club.
“Ibrahim Sissoko is a textbook center forward. His robust stature, coupled with his powerful dynamism and goal threat, will suit our style of play well. We are very pleased that he has chosen VfL,” Dirk Dufner said.
