Maatamad Gamal, the head coach of the Zamalek team, commended the friendly match against Kuwaiti Youth, expressing satisfaction with the technical insights gained.
Zamalek secured a convincing 4-0 victory over Kuwaiti Youth in a friendly encounter held at the Zamalek Club’s stadium.
In statements to the club’s official website, Maatamad Gamal stated, “The friendly match against Kuwaiti Youth was beneficial from a technical standpoint.”
He further elaborated, saying, “The coaching staff assessed the players’ levels, especially those returning from injuries.”
“Our goal from the three friendly matches was to prepare the players physically and technically in good form,” he added.
Maatamad Gamal concluded his remarks by stating, “We are now preparing for our participation in the two friendly tournaments in the UAE.”
During the match, Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala,” Mohamed El-Said, Mostafa Shalaby, and Sayed Abdullah scored for Zamalek.
Zamalek is set to travel to the United Arab Emirates to participate in two friendly tournaments, the first against Al-Wahda Club and the second being the Dubai Challenge Cup.
