Lorient Football Club in France has officially announced the acquisition of Moroccan international Imran Louza on loan from English side Watford until the end of the current season.
The French club disclosed the addition of Louza to its roster through its official website, confirming the successful negotiations between the parties that paved the way for the player’s loan move from Watford.
In a statement on the club’s official website, Louza expressed his delight at returning to French football, emphasizing his determination to contribute his utmost to achieving positive results this season.
“I am happy to return to Ligue 1 and sign with FC Lorient.
The club has faced a challenging period in the early part of the season, but I am convinced that we can turn things around.
This challenge greatly interests me, and I intend to exert maximum effort to ensure the team maintains its standing in the top-flight,” remarked the Moroccan international.
Imran Louza, aged 24, is under contract with Watford until the summer of 2028.
The midfielder has become a key player for Watford since joining the English club, showcasing his skills and versatility on the field.
