LORIENT: IVORIAN LAMINE KONÉ ON THE DEPARTURE?
Lamine Koné, the defender from Lorient, is considering a move during the winter transfer window. The Ivorian player, who has only started 8 games with Lorient, is reportedly open to offers, particularly from English clubs like Sunderland and West Ham. Koné is eyeing a transfer, partly in anticipation of the 2014 World Cup, where he hopes to play for Ivory Coast. Currently contributing to Lorient’s performance in Ligue 1, he started in their recent victory over Ajaccio. Despite extending his contract last summer, Koné still has three years remaining on his contract with Lorient.
