The team’s inconsistency has been evident, with a recent series of 3 defeats and 1 draw in their last 4 matches. Marseille defender Rod Fanni, speaking on the Luis Attaque show on RMC, acknowledged the team’s shortcomings.
“We lacked unity, and that’s been our biggest downfall,” analyzed Fanni. “We have a good rapport, maybe even too good (laughs). There’s no tension among us. The real issue lies on the pitch: we need everyone to step up and give 100%. I’m not here to blame anyone individually. We’re mature enough to address these issues collectively rather than resorting to scapegoating.”
