The President of the Organizing Committee for the International School Football Championship in Libya.
Jamal Makhzoum, confirmed in an exclusive statement to “Al-Wasat Gate” that the international school football tournament in Libya is set to kick off next Monday at the Tripoli Entertainment Space on Omar Al-Mukhtar Street in Tripoli.
Sponsored by “Al-Badeel” company, the tournament will witness the participation of 90 schools distributed as follows: 42 elementary schools, 34 preparatory schools, and 14 secondary schools.
Makhzoum added, “The three tournaments will follow the knockout system, and the opening day will feature 10 matches.
Specially appointed referees from the Subsidiary Referees Committee for Football in Tripoli will oversee the matches.”
