As the second leg of the Cameroon Women’s Super League approaches, reigning champions Lekié FF are gearing up for a strong comeback by securing the services of three prominent players. The club has successfully recruited attackers Pauline Priso Ndong and Tiwa Lys Fraîche, along with midfielder Priso Guidjam.
Having clinched the Cameroon Women’s Super League title in the previous season, Lekié FF faced player departures that posed a challenge to their title defense.
Notably, last season’s top scorer, Marie Manga Ngah, departed for Hakkarigücü Spor in Turkey.
Despite these setbacks, Lekié FF commenced the 2023-2024 season but currently holds the 3rd position with 25 points, trailing the leader by six points.
In a strategic move to strengthen their squad and mount a credible challenge for the league title, Lekié FF has secured the signings of two proficient attackers, Pauline Priso Ndong from Louves Minproff and U17 international striker Tiwa Lys Fraîche.
Pauline Priso Ndong brings experience from Louves Minproff, while young talent Tiwa Lys Fraîche is recognized for her contributions to the U17 national team.
Adding depth to their midfield, Lekié FF has enlisted the services of midfielder Priso Guidjam, who joins from CD Getafe, competing in the Spanish 3rd division.
An intriguing aspect of these acquisitions is the inclusion of twins Pauline Priso Ndong and Priso Guidjam, who will now share the pitch as teammates at Lekié FF for the remainder of the 2023-2024 season.
The three notable signings aim to fortify Lekié FF’s lineup and enhance their prospects as they strive to regain the top spot in the Women’s Super League.
