Şanlıurfaspor has secured the signing of experienced Ghanaian forward Kwesi Okyere Wriedt to reinforce their attacking options.
The 30-year-old striker, who last played for Manisa FK, joins the club on a contract running until 2026.
The Turkish side confirmed the deal in an official statement, welcoming Wriedt to the squad. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of club manager Ahmet Bulut.
“Welcome aboard, Wriedt! Our club has signed professional footballer Kwasi Okyere Wriedt. Kwasi Okyere Wriedt officially joined our team at the signing ceremony accompanied by our club manager Ahmet Bulut. Welcoming Wriedt to his new home; we wish him a successful career in our Yellow-Green jersey,” the statement read.
Wriedt is expected to bring depth and competition to Şanlıurfaspor’s attack while also contributing to the team’s defensive structure when needed. His arrival adds experience and firepower to the squad as they push for a strong campaign in the Trendyol 1st League.
