K’lautern II bring in Germany-Sierra Leone midfielder Chernoh Bah

Germany-Sierra Leone attacking midfielder Chernoh Bah has joined K’lautern II from Dusseldorf II, completing a move to the Regionalliga Sudwest club.

Bah, 19, made the switch on 27 August 2026 after spending the previous part of the 2026-27 campaign with Dusseldorf II in the Oberliga Niederrhein. The transfer fee has not been disclosed.

The right-footed midfielder was born in Groß-Gerau, Germany, and stands 1.80m tall. He operates primarily behind the attack and now joins a K’lautern II side competing in the fourth tier of German football.

Bah’s most recent recorded senior appearance came in the Oberliga Niederrhein, where he played 59 minutes. He made one appearance during the campaign, starting the match and recording no goals or assists.

His move to Dusseldorf II came on 6 January 2026 from K. Offenbach, where he had stepped up from the club’s under-19 side earlier in the 2025-26 season. That progression followed several years in the Offenbach youth system after he joined from Griesheim’s youth set-up in 2022.

Bah’s early football development began at Weiterstadt before his move to Griesheim in 2016. He subsequently progressed through Offenbach’s youth teams, moving from the club’s youth side to the under-17 squad and then to the under-19s.

The switch to K’lautern II represents another move between senior teams for Bah, who has changed clubs twice during 2026. He leaves Dusseldorf II after less than a year and continues his career in the Regionalliga Sudwest.

K’lautern II have now added a young attacking midfield option with experience of German lower-league football. Bah’s arrival also marks the latest stage of a pathway that has taken him from regional youth football into the senior game.

The 19-year-old is eligible to represent both Germany and Sierra Leone through his listed nationalities. He has joined K’lautern II from Dusseldorf II, with the completed transfer dated 27 August 2026.
