Renowned media personality Amir Hisham affirmed that the prevailing inclination within Al Ahly’s board of directors is not to witness any resignations among its members for the candidacy for the position of the club’s vice president.
During a televised statement, Hisham elaborated, stating, “In the event of no incumbent member stepping forward from the board of directors, nominations are expected to arise from outside the council, vying for the seat left vacant by the late Amir Farouk.”
Hisham further identified the prominent figures poised for candidacy for the position, highlighting Ahmed Saeed, the former vice president of the club, and Mustafa Murad Fahmy, the former General Secretary of the African Union.
