Konyaspor are weighing up a move for Trabzonspor winger Kazeem Olaigbe, with the deal currently rated at a 76% probability according to figures in Türkiye.
The Süper Lig club are understood to be exploring a transfer for the 23-year-old left winger, who is valued at around €5.00m, as they look to add pace and creativity in wide areas. Olaigbe, a right-footed attacker who operates primarily from the left, only joined Trabzonspor from Stade Rennais but is already being linked with another switch within the Turkish top flight.
No agreement has been announced and there is no public indication of contract length or any release clause, raising the possibility that future negotiations could also shape whether Olaigbe eventually runs down his current deal and moves on as a free agent. For now, the discussion centres on a potential fee, with Konyaspor seen as keen to capitalise on his rising profile in the Süper Lig.
Born in Brussels on 2 January 2003, Olaigbe represents both Belgian and Nigerian football heritage and has built a varied CV across several leagues. After coming through the Anderlecht youth ranks, he moved to Southampton’s academy, progressing from the U18s to the U21s before loan spells at Ross County in Scotland and Harrogate Town in England. A permanent switch to Cercle Brugge in Belgium preceded his transfer to Rennes and then on to Trabzonspor.
His market value has climbed steadily from €150,000 at Ross County to its current €5.00m level following his time in Ligue 1 and now Türkiye, underlining why Konyaspor view him as a potentially shrewd investment rather than a gamble.
If the move does materialise, it would offer Olaigbe another platform to establish himself as a decisive attacking threat in the Süper Lig and could prove a pivotal step in shaping both his reputation and long‑term career trajectory.
