Despite previous rumors linking him to a move to Napoli, Kalidou Koulibaly has recently denied such speculation. However, in recent days, the rumors have resurfaced and gained momentum. When questioned about this, the 23-year-old defender prefers not to get ahead of himself and remains focused on Racing Genk and the remaining matches of the season.
“I am aware of the rumors. But, for the moment, I’m playing at Genk and I don’t want to burden myself with all these stories,” Koulibaly stated in Het Laatste Nieuws. He further added, “I don’t know what will happen after the season. What will the club do in the event of a serious offer? Which club will make an offer? We’ll see.”
