Juventus are seeking to sign French international of DR Congo descent Pierre Kalulu on a permanent deal following his outstanding performance this season.
The 24-year-old joined Juventus on a season-long loan from fellow Serie A club AC Milan and has showcased glimpses of good performance for the club.
According to reports, Juventus are planning to activate the option to buy option to snatch Kalulu on a permanent deal from Milan. The transfer will cost the Turin club 14 million euros plus 3 million in bonuses.
Kalulu has been impressive throughout the season for Juventus, making 24 appearances in the Serie A and scoring one goal across the period. In all competitions, the enterprising defender, has racked up 34 appearances and registered just a goal.
His loan deal is expected to expire in June, with Juventus pushing for the permanent acquisition of the player.
The defender has already featured for France youth ranks but is still eligible to represent DR Congo at the international level.
