Juventus and Napoli interested in German-Nigerian winger Karim Adeyemi

Karim Adeyemi is back in the transfer spotlight after a strong resurgence for Borussia Dortmund in the second half of the season.

The 23-year-old winger has sparked renewed interest from Italian giants Juventus and Napoli, both eager to land him in the summer.

Tuttosport reports that Napoli had already reached a verbal agreement with Dortmund in January for a €40 million deal, but negotiations collapsed before it could be finalized. Now, both Serie A sides are preparing new offers as the transfer window approaches.

Juventus sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli, a long-time admirer of Adeyemi, is reportedly keeping close ties with the player’s camp. Dortmund’s Champions League qualification status could be key in deciding Adeyemi’s future, with uncertainty still looming ahead of the final matchday.

In March, Adeyemi told Sky: “I’m very happy at Borussia Dortmund and you never know what will happen in the future.” His contract with BVB runs until 2027, but the rising pressure from Italy may soon force a major decision.
