This extension is the result of a common desire to continue the adventure.”
Julio Tavares has been a key player for Dijon, serving as the top scorer of the team with 10 goals in the current season. He initially joined the club in 2012, and his contributions on the field have evidently led to the decision to extend his contract. Additionally, Tavares had a noteworthy participation in the Cape Verde national team’s campaign in the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN), where they achieved a historic qualification for the quarter-finals of the competition this year.
