Omrane took the lead in the 32nd minute when Mostafa Swaissi converted a penalty, putting the hosts in control early on.
However, their advantage was short-lived, as Ben Guerdane drew level just eight minutes later.
Iyad Belouafi struck in the 40th minute to restore parity, ensuring a tense conclusion to the first half.
After the break, Omrane regained their composure and pushed for a crucial second goal.
Their efforts were rewarded in the 60th minute when Malek Jemel found the back of the net, restoring Omrane’s lead and ultimately securing the three points needed to boost their survival hopes.
The victory means Omrane now have 26 points, one point clear of the relegation zone heading into the final round of matches.
Meanwhile, Ben Guerdane remain just a point ahead in 12th place, with their top-flight status still hanging in the balance.
In another crucial encounter, Moustaqbal Gabes edged Gafsa Gawafel 1-0 in a tense contest.
Moheeb Al-Salmi struck the only goal of the match in the 78th minute, handing Gabes a critical three points in their battle for survival.
With the win, Moustaqbal Gabes move up to 14th place on 25 points, just one point from safety, while Gafsa Gawafel’s relegation worries deepened, as they sit in 15th place with 22 points, making their survival task increasingly difficult.
