Puskás FC has secured the services of prolific Ghanaian forward Joel Fameyeh, who makes the switch from Russian side Rubin Kazan.
The 27-year-old striker joined the NB I team after a productive stint in Russia, where he previously played for Orenburg and Rubin Kazan. Fameyeh joined his new teammates at today’s training session under the guidance of coach Zsolt Hornyák.
Fameyeh’s career began in his native Ghana before he made a move to Belarus in 2016. There, he found success with Belina and Dinamo Brest, where he scored 32 goals in 95 appearances and helped the club capture two Belarusian Cups, two Super Cups, and a league title. His talents earned him a move to the Russian Premier League in 2019, where he spent three years at Orenburg before joining Rubin Kazan.
The forward has signed a contract with Puskás FC that will keep him at the club until 2027, as he aims to bring his goalscoring prowess to Hungarian football.
