Jamie Leweling emerges as Everton target in fresh Stuttgart transfer rumour
Germany-Ghana winger Jamie Leweling is the subject of a transfer rumour linking him with a move from Stuttgart to Everton. The proposed transfer would take the 25-year-old from the Bundesliga to the Premier League, although no fee or agreement has been reported.
Leweling has made one Bundesliga appearance for Stuttgart in the 2026-27 season, playing 31% of the available minutes without scoring or providing an assist. He has not featured in the DFB-Pokal so far this campaign.
The right winger joined Stuttgart permanently from Union Berlin in July 2024 after spending the previous season on loan at the club. Stuttgart paid €6m for the transfer, having originally brought him in on a loan deal worth €200,000.
Leweling was part of the Stuttgart side that won the German Cup in the 2024-25 season. His current market value is listed at €40m, a figure that would place a significant valuation on any potential negotiations with Everton.
The player is contracted to Stuttgart until 30 June 2029, meaning the German club would not be under immediate pressure to sell. He has also represented Germany at the 2026 World Cup, making one appearance, but has yet to register a goal or assist in the tournament.
For now, the rumour places Leweling among Everton’s potential attacking targets while he remains under a long-term contract at Stuttgart.
