There are strong indications that the Zambian striker, Jacob Mulenga, may soon join the English club Norwich, as per various rumors circulating. The 28-year-old player was reportedly spotted in England over the weekend, and he himself confirmed that his agent is in negotiations with a Premier League club.
According to reports from SuperSport, Mulenga was observed attending Saturday’s championship match between Norwich and Manchester City, which ended 3-4. If the deal is finalized, Mulenga would be joining another Chipolopolo striker, Emmanuel Mayuka, who made a transfer to Southampton earlier in the summer. There is also anticipation for a potential third Zambian player, with defender Stoppila Sunzu being highly sought after, particularly by Reading. All three players are part of the pre-list published by Hervé Renard for the CAN 2013.
