Ivorian midfielder Konan Ignace N’Dri joins US Lecce from OH Louvain
Ivorian attacking midfielder Konan Ignace N’Dri has completed a move to US Lecce, signing a contract until June 2028.
The 24-year-old leaves the Belgian Pro League to embark on a new challenge in Serie A, with Lecce securing his services from OH Louvain.
N’Dri had been linked with multiple European clubs in recent weeks, but Lecce successfully convinced him to make the switch to Italy.
OH Louvain had hoped to retain the midfielder but ultimately accepted an offer worth €1.5 million, with an additional €500,000 in potential bonuses.
His contract includes an initial three-year term, with an option for a further two years.
Career Journey
Born on 27 October 2000, N’Dri honed his skills at ASPIRE Football Dreams in Qatar before moving to Belgium.
He began his professional career with KAS Eupen in the 2018-2019 season, where he developed into a promising attacking talent.
Last season, he made the switch to OH Louvain, continuing his growth in the Belgian top flight.
At Lecce, he is expected to bring creativity and attacking flair as the club fights to maintain its position in Serie A.
His arrival strengthens the squad as they look to secure their top-flight status for another season.
