Amad Diallo has been named Manchester United’s Player and Goal of the Month for December 2024, capping off a remarkable year for the young forward at Old Trafford.

Despite a challenging conclusion to the calendar year for the Premier League outfit, the Cote d’Ivoire forward’s impactful performances stood out and earned him recognition from fans.

The 22-year-old secured 78 percent of the votes in the Player of the Month poll on ManUtd.com and the United app.

His decisive goal in the derby against Manchester City was also selected as the Goal of the Month.

His month began strongly with a Man-of-the-Match display in a 4-0 victory over Everton, where he registered two assists.

Diallo continued to shine, providing an assist for Bruno Fernandes in a match against Nottingham Forest.

Playing in a more advanced role against Viktoria Plzen, Diallo contributed significantly to the team’s comeback victory. He also scored during a thrilling 4-3 loss to Spurs in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.

With this latest achievement, Diallo has now received the Player of the Month award twice this season, having also won in August.
