DR Congo international Afimico Pululu has emerged as a transfer target for Italian Serie A outfit Lazio in the ongoing window.
Lazio missed out on European competitions for the upcoming campaign following an inconsistent performance in the recently concluded season.
The Rome-based outfit is determined to bounce back and are considering the acquisition of Afimico Pululu, who plies his trade for Jagiellonia Bialystok.
The 26-year-old endured an amazing performance in the recently concluded campaign, scoring 21 goals and providing four assists in 53 appearances. Pululu emerged as the topscorer in the UEFA Conference League, scoring eight goals and providing an assist in 12 matches.
According to reports, Lazio have set sights on securing the services of Afimico Pululu as the team gear up for the upcoming campaign.
Pululu is strongly linked with a move away from Białystok this summer, with his outfit lowering its asking price.
Currently, the “yellow-reds” are willing to let the future DR Congo international leave for a fee in the region of four million euros, which has only increased interest in Pululu, who netted eight goals in the last Conference League season.
