Issiaka Kamate linked with Atl. Madrileno move from Inter U23

Issiaka Kamate, the 22-year-old France and Ivory Coast midfielder at Inter U23, is being linked with a move to Spanish club Atl. Madrileno.

The proposed switch would take Kamate from Italy’s Serie C to Primera Federacion Group II, with the Spanish side emerging as the reported destination on 1 September. The rumour has been given a 93% probability, although the move has not been confirmed.

Kamate has yet to feature for Inter U23 this season, making no appearances in either Serie C or the Coppa Italia Serie C. He is a left-footed central midfielder and has a contract with the Italian club until 30 June 2029.

The player returned to the Inter setup in June 2025 after a loan spell at Modena and is now registered with the club’s under-23 side. His market value is listed at €1.5m.

Kamate came through Inter’s youth system after joining from Montfermeil’s under-17 team in 2020. He progressed through Inter’s age-group sides before moving into the senior structure, spending part of the 2024-25 season on loan with Avs Futebol San Paolo and later Modena.

He was part of the Inter squad that won the Italian Cup in 2025-26, adding to the club’s Italian championship success in 2023-24. For now, Kamate remains contracted to Inter U23, with a potential move to Atl. Madrileno still at the rumour stage.
