Ismaily FC’s player, Abdalrahman Magdy, is experiencing a period of melancholy following the rejection of several transfer offers during the ongoing winter transfer window, as revealed by his agent, Mohamed Helmy.
In a telephone conversation with Hani Hathout on the “Al-Match” program aired on the “Sada El Balad” channel, Helmy clarified that despite Magdy’s sorrow over the declined offers, he remains committed to training.
The player’s absence from Ismaily’s training sessions is attributed to a family matter rather than any other reasons.
He is expected to return to regular training immediately after the family matter is resolved.
Helmy emphasized that Magdy had received various offers lately, notably from Ahli Benghazi and the Saudi club Al-Hazm, both of which officially requested the player.
However, the demands made by Ismaily’s management were excessive, leading to the failure of these potential transfers.
It was revealed that Ahli Benghazi had paid the signing bonus to Ismaily, only for the latter to retract the deal the following day without providing clear reasons.
Helmy stressed that there were several local offers received by the player, including one from Zamalek, though they were not presented officially.
In conclusion, Helmy mentioned that Magdy was keen on experiencing playing for the Saudi club Al-Hazm on loan.
However, Ismaily’s administration rejected the offer, unconvinced by the financial terms proposed by the Saudi club.
The player’s future remains uncertain as the transfer window approaches its conclusion, with Ismaily standing firm on their valuation.
