Ivorian international Amad Diallo is on track to returning to action for Manchester United.
This is according to the manager of the English Premier League side, Ruben Amorim.
Diallo is currently out of action after sustaining an ankle injury several weeks ago.
Although he has been ruled out of action for the remainder of the 2024/25 football season, Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim is hopeful that he will be able to play before the campaign comes to an end.
Speaking after Manchester United drew 1-1 with Real Sociedad in the Europa League on Thursday, the manager said, “Even Amad, we’ll see in the end of the last month. I don’t want to say anything to you but I have the hope to have Amad before, we’ll see.”
Due to his injury, Amad Diallo is set to miss the upcoming World Cup qualifiers for Ivory Coast.
The Elephants will hope he returns to action for the next international break.
