Swedish forward of Cameroonian descent, Anthony Elanga, has indicated that he is enjoying his football at Nottingham Forest.
The talented attacker signed for Forest from Manchester United in 2023. Since arriving, he has impressed with his performance and is currently one of the most exciting players in his position in the division.
On Tuesday night, Elanga scored the only goal for Nottingham Forest after an incredible solo run to lead the team to a delightful victory against Manchester United in the English Premier League.
Speaking in his post-match interview, the forward admitted that he had learnt a lot at his former club.
While he insists he appreciates Manchester United, the winger added that he is enjoying his football at Nottingham Forest.
“Coming to Forest was about playing, I’m not the finished product. I learnt a lot at Man United.
“I appreciate them a lot. I am enjoying my football and want to keep going,” Elanga told TNT.
Following his goal against Manchester United, Elanga now has six goals and eight assists after making 30 appearances in the English Premier League this season.
