President of the Egyptian Football Association, Hani Abu Rida has wished Morocco well in the hosting of the 2030 World Cup tournament.
Morocco will co-hosts alongside Portugal and Spain for the 2030 edition of the global showpiece. This achievement marks Morocco as the second African nation to host the competition, following South Africa’s hosting in 2010, which was an exhilarating tournament.

“I wish the Kingdom of Morocco success in hosting the 2030 World Cup” he said.
Meanwhile, Egypt are gearing up for the crucial semi-final clash against Senegal at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
The Pharaohs of Egypt are seeking for their eighth AFCON title in Morocco, having last won the title in 2010, defeating Ghana 1-0 in the final.
