Hubert Gyau is an incredible player – Prosport International agency CEO Mike Makaab

Mike Makaab, Chief Executive Officer of South Africa-based Prosport International Agency, has welcomed the signing of Asante Kotoko midfielder Hubert Gyau.

The 20-year-old, who joined Kotoko from Berekum Chelsea on a four-year deal, has been a standout this season, registering 21 appearances and four goals.

Speaking on the acquisition, Makaab praised Gyau’s versatility and technical skills.

“Obviously we believe he’s an incredibly talented player. I’ve seen him play a few different positions, but he’s a very dynamic midfielder and has a wonderful second range shot, and that obviously is always advantageous when you’re playing teams that have a low block, and you’re having to try and do something from a distance,” Makaab said.

Gyau is expected to feature in Ghana’s squad for upcoming international friendlies against Austria and Germany next month.
